Scheduled
We are carrying out maintenance on the authentication platform for ADSL, FTTC and FTTP services.

Customers with existing sessions will be unaffected - only new connections / sessions are potentially affected (e.g. after a router reboot).
This is an 'At Risk' notification meaning we do not expect the work to impact customers. However should session authentication fail to operate as expected this will only be for a short window of 5-10 minutes after which new sessions will once again authenticate correctly.
