As part of continuous improvements to our Network Infrastructure, we will be migrating customers to a new DSL platform. Customers on ADSL, FTTC and FTTP connections may experience very brief downtime during the maintenance window. In order to minimise any impact, small subsets of customers are being migrated each night. We will be monitoring customer connections closely to ensure they return online, however if you experience any outages then please contact our Service Desk in the usual way.
