We will be performing some hardware upgrades to our central firewall service. Due to the resilient nature of the network, we are expecting any impact to be minimal.

To enable us to complete these upgrades successfully, we will be implementing a change freeze on the affected firewall rule-set from Tuesday 10th at 9AM until Friday 13th at 10AM. This will only impact a subset of our customers who are hosted on this particular firewall cluster. Our self-service firewall platform will also be unavailable for this subset of customers during this window.
