We will be performing some out of hours maintenance work on our core network. This work will have the following effects on customers
• During the maintenance work we will be suspending inbound e-mail delivery to the RM core network. This will cause the sending mail servers to queue the e-mails for re-delivery. The total outage time for the suspension of e-mail delivery will be less than 30 minutes.
• During the maintenance work there is the possibility that authentication of xDSL connections (FTTC, and ADSL) will be briefly unavailable – up to 15 minutes. This does not affect active xDSL connections.
