As part of our ongoing programme of maintenance we will be updating the software in one of the core network device on 28th June between 03:00 to 06:00. Resiliency for transparent proxy customers will be affected during this window. This change will happen out of business hours and we do not anticipate any service impact during this change.

This scheduled maintenance affected: RM Connectivity, SEGfL Connectivity, SWGfL Connectivity (Bath & N.E. Somerset, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, N. Somerset, Plymouth, Poole, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon, Torbay, Wiltshire), and Web Filtering (SafetyNet Plus Transparent Module).
