As part of our continuous improvement to our core network serving customer connectivity, we are performing hardware upgrades on core network devices to provide additional port density and capacity in our London datacentres. During these works an aggregation device will be briefly removed from service - as such a small number of customers may experience a brief outage to service whilst these works progress, however the majority of customers are not expected to see any impact.

This scheduled maintenance affected: SWGfL Connectivity (Bath & N.E. Somerset, Bournemouth, Bristol, Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Gloucestershire, N. Somerset, Plymouth, Somerset, South Gloucestershire, Swindon, Torbay, Wiltshire) and RM Connectivity, SEGfL Connectivity.
