BT will be retiring their legacy ADSL platform from a number of telephone exchanges at the end of the year. As such we have made arrangements to migrate those ADSL services to BT’s new ADSL platform.

We will be communicating to schools affected by this migration directly to confirm the date of their migration.

There will be up to 15 minutes of outage whilst the migration takes place on the day at some point between 8am and 6pm. Once the migration has completed ADSL services will reconnect automatically, however if you believe your ADSL line has not returned to normal service after the 15 minute migration period then please contact our service desk for further assistance.
